Project:        Aloft & Element Hotel, Dubai Airport

Scope:         Sustainability Consulting (LEED for New Construction, Energy Modeling)



 

The project Aloft Hotel and Element Serviced Apartments being developed by WASL as an extension of the existing Le Meridien Hotel near Dubai Airport, is targeting to achieve a LEED Certified Rating.

The project is currently in design phase. Salimus has been involved in the project as sustainability consultant since the concept design phase. The total built up area of the project is approximately 36,741 sq. m.

Project LEED Objectives:  LEED-NC Certified.
