Sustainability Consulting

• Compliance with international and local sustainability rating methods which include LEED, BREAAM, Energy Star and Estidama.
• Project Management - Integrated approach involving all members of the design team ensuring a synergy and understanding of all aspects of the design process (set goals, define path and track progress).
• Providing LEED Project Administrator services for LEED projects and Pearl Qualified Professional (PQP) services for ESTIDAMA projects. The services include Design Phases consultancy services and Construction Phase LEED or ESTIDAMA facilitation services.

• Providing Commissioning Authority (CxA) services and Independent Commissioning Agent (ICA) services in accordance with LEED (CxA) or ESTIDAMA (ICA) requirements. 
  The services are based on the applicable procedures of the internationally recognized codes and standards, such as ASHRAE Guideline 0-2005, ASHRAE Guideline 1.1-2007, ASHRAE Standard 202-2013, CIBSE Commissioning Codes, BSRIA Guides, AABC National Standards, and the National Environmental Balancing Bureau (NEBB) TAB procedures.
  
   

• Audit  & Analysis – Identifying potential savings through facility auditing, energy and water billing analysis, load monitoring, lighting and HVAC auditing, rate evaluation, power quality reviews and cost/benefit analysis.
• Report findings and detail cost saving opportunities in line with client criteria.
• Identify opportunities to reduce usage for the long term, as well as low-cost and no-cost changes for quick savings.
• Benchmark performance to compare energy use to similar facilities.

MEP Services

• Design and layout of air distribution systems, ductwork, lighting, HVAC, plumbing and fire protection systems.
• Preparation of detailed plans and specifications for tender..
• Manage project, and control and monitor cost throughout the construction phase.
• Conduct feasibility studies outlining various options to suit the design and financial criteria.
• Production of CAD Drawings, manuals and databases.

Nuclear and non-nuclear Quality Assurance Services

• Providing consulting and auditing services in developing of QA/QC Programs for manufacturing of nuclear and non-nuclear pressure vessels and components for compliance with ASME Code and local codes and standards.
• Providing consulting services in reviewing of Vendors engineering specifications for compliance with the accepted codes, standards, and practices.
