Case studies show that construction programme can be improved by applying Location Based Scheduling (LBS) technique by average 10% (comparing to traditional Critical Path Method). LBS utilizes Flowline diagram as opposed to traditional Gantt chart. This allows easy identification of schedule conflicts (when too many resources allocated to the same location, or when location is available, but no resources assigned to that location).
