Scope:    ESTIDAMA Sustainability Consulting and Energy Modeling (Design).




The new Abu Dhabi Airports Company Commercial Building is located adjacent to the Premier Inn Hotel at the Terminal 3 Business Park, Abu Dhabi International Airport. The built up area of the building is approximately 15,075 sq.m.
 
Salimus have provided Estidama PQP services during design phase of the project along with carrying out the energy modeling of the building. The project has successfully achieved Estidama 2 Pearl Design rating.
