Project:  Abu Dhabi Trade Center Extension Phase 3

Scope:   ESTIDAMA Supervision Services (Construction)


 

Along with providing Independent Commissioning Agent (ICA) services for the Abu Dhabi Trade Center (ADTC) Phase 3, Salimus is also serving as an Estidama consultant to the owner – SSPD (Sheikh Suroor Project Department). Salimus supervises the Construction PQP on behalf of the owner.

Located at the Abu Dhabi Trade Center, Sector E 16-1 plot No. C 104a and accessible from all parts of the city and only 20 minutes from Abu Dhabi International Airport, the development includes Residential Apartments Tower, 25 floors, Serviced Apartments Tower, 19 floors, 3 podiums, and parking area on 4 basement levels for 618 cars. 
The sustainability target for this project is to achieve Estidama 2 Pearl certification.  Project has achieved 2 Pearl Design Certification.

The project is under construction and has successfully completed Estidama Stage 1 Audit.
