Scope: ESTIDAMA Sustainability Consulting and Energy Modeling
The project is located about 200[km] south west of Abu Dhabi and can be reached through an asphalt road.
It has been decided to upgrade the present infrastructure by constructing a new complex with sufficient space to replace the old deteriorated buildings. The new facilities will include the following:

| 2. | laboratory and corrosion building | 2,000 m2 |
| 3. | Welding workshop | 1,000 m2 |
| 4. | Administration ( optional ) | 3,500 m2 |
The project has to satisfy the minimum requirement of achieving 1 Pearls as outlined in Estidama Pearl Rating System for Buildings and Community. Salimus scope of work is overall Sustainability management as well as Natural System assessment of the site and energy modeling of the new buildings.
