Project Description

Featuring 190 rooms and suites (in its 5-star hotel section) as well as 90 serviced apartments, the 17-story structure rests on a 3-level basement and imposes itself with an impressive façade overlooking the Dubai Creek. Guests have access to several business and leisure amenities including meeting rooms, restaurants and cafés, a fully equipped gymnasium, and an outdoor swimming pool.


Project Sustainability Objectives
The scope of the sustainability consultant is to manage the project during design stage in order to ensure compliance with Dubai Green Building Regulations and Specifications.
