Project Description
Overlooking the Emirates Golf Club, with easy access from Sheikh Zayed Road, the Hills Development project is located at Emirates Hills, Dubai. It is a residential complex comprising Four Buildings situated on a common podium:

• Two residential apartments buildings
• Hotel Building

 The project has been designed to comply with the sustainability requirements cited in Dubai Green Building Regulations which promote resources conservation including energy efficiency, renewable energy, and water conservation features; while considering the environmental impacts and waste recycling.


Project Sustainability Objectives
The scope of the sustainability consultant is to manage the project during design stage in order to ensure compliance with Dubai Green Building Regulations and Specifications.
