Project Description
The proposed development is a residential building located at the South end of the Downtown Jebel Ali development, close to Sheikh Zayed Road. The building comprises two 14 storey towers on a 4 storey podium with parking provided at basement level. Gross Floor Area: 39,669 m² / Residential & Retail.

Project LEED Objectives
The scope of the sustainability consultant was to manage the project during design and construction stages in order to achieve the Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) Green Building Rating System level of ‘Certified’ as devised by the United States Green Building Council. This Project has achieved EHS Green Certification. EHS - Trakhees Certified Green Building is equivalent to LEED Silver.

The energy model has been successfully developed by Salimus too, and it documented energy savings of 22%.

Salimus has been awarded a Certificate of Appreciation by EHS-Trakhees authority upon the successful completion of this project, (more on news page).
