Project Description
The proposed development is an upgradation of existing warehouse facilities located residential building located in Ras Al Khor, Dubai.

There are 5 new building types including Warehouses, Accommodation Building, Gate House Building, Mosque and Restaurant. The buildings have been designed to comply with EHS regulations.
Salimus has carried out the energy modeling for the warehouses in compliance with EHS regulations and has achieved 25% energy reduction.

Submission for NOC – Building Permit for all the buildings has been done to the EHS green building department and is currently under review.
