The project comprises the design and construction of a commercial building within the Terminal 3 (T3) Business Park at Abu Dhabi International Airport.

The Business Park is located close to the recently completed Terminal 3, and comprises 5 commercial plots in the vicinity of the T3 car park with a total area of 60,500 sqm.

The project has achieved 2 Pearl Design Certification following the Pearl Rating System for Estidama, Building Rating System, Version 1.0.

Salimus provided overall Estidama sustainability consulting as well as energy / daylighting modelling analysis and Natural System Assessment and Survey.
