Al Ain University is located in plot no. (238) Al Salan sector, Al-Aqabia Zone in Al Ain city, it is designed to provide educational facilities for female students and is designed to accommodate more than 2000 students. School GFA area is 86,815 m2.

The project has achieved 2 Pearl Design Certification following the Pearl Rating System for Estidama, Building Rating System, Version 1.0.

Salimus provides overall Estidama sustainability consulting as well as energy / daylighting modelling analysis.
