Scope:     CxA for LEED 2009 (Fundamental Commissioning and Enhanced Commissioning)



 
  1. The new CCC Oman New Headquarters project is located at Plot No. 183, Area No. 3, Satti Al Qurum, Muscat, Oman.
 
  1. The project will follow sustainable building practices and shall target LEED v2009-NC Silver certification to demonstrate high performance across the key areas of environmental and human health: energy efficiency, indoor environmental quality, and water savings.

The scope of the LEED-required commissioning process will include Fundamental Commissioning and Enhanced Commissioning.
 
  1. The building has eight floors:
  • Car Parking:          3 Basement floors.
  • Offices:                    5 floors (Ground, First, Second, Third, and Penthouse).
  • GFA 62,172.35 sg. ft. (5,776 sq. m.).
 
  1. The planned Project handover date is 26-Dec-2015.
