TThe Zone K Garden Crescent Mosque project is a new mosque building located in Abu Dhabi. The project consists of a prayer hall, ablution, residential and other support areas.
Its GFA is about 2,600 sqm, and it demonstrated energy savings of 28.3%, achieving 7 credit points under section RE-1 Improved Energy Performance of Estidama PBRSv.1.0, plus 4 points under RE-6 Renewable Energy. And it also achieved another 2 credit points under section RE-2 Cool Building Strategies.
