Project:    Customs Residential Complex (Sila'a City, Abu Dhabi, UAE).

Scope:     Overall Estidama Sustainability Consultancy, Energy Modeling and Daylighting Analysis.



 

General Administration of Customs is the project owner for developing residential apartments at Sila’a City on the Western Region of Abu Dhabi Emirate. The proposed residential complex is located in the southern part of Sila’a City on approximate distance of 1800 meter from Arabian Gulf Coast on the west. The total sites area is 30,000 square meter.

The project has achieved 2 Pearl Design Certification following the Pearl Rating System for Estidama, Building Rating System, Version 1.0.
