Scope: Sustainability Consulting (Estidama, Energy Modeling). The Project is located 32 kilometres east of Abu Dhabi city, next to the Abu Dhabi International Airport (ADIA). The project is a budget hotel G+5, with the total GFA of over 13,000 m2. The project has achieved 2 Pearl Design Certification following the Pearl Rating System for Estidama, Building Rating System, Version 1.0.
