The gross project square footage is 2,797 sq. m (30,107 sq ft) that makes 9.68% of the total building gross footage. Salimus Consultancy JLT was contracted by Shell International, Ltd to provide the Commissioning Authority (CxA) services for the Shell Kiev Office Fit-Out Project within the scope of the Fundamental and Enhanced Commissioning as required by 2009 LEED-CI certification system. LEED Certification The sustainability target of achieving LEED Gold certification following LEED CI Rating Scheme has been achieved with all the commissioning documentation approved by GBCI without any comments.
