Overall plot area: 100,644 m2 The scope of the sustainability consultant is to guide the team in the design process. The aim of the project was to achieving 1-Pearl certification for the entire community, all buildings and villas. This project successfully achieved: One Pearl for Communities Design Certification as per Estidama Community Rating System One Pearl for Buildings Design Certification as per Estidama Building Rating System One Pearl for Villa Design Certification as per Estidama Villa Rating System This project is the first project in UAE to achieve Community Design Rating Certification.
